    An explicitly triggered Codex session reviews scoped sources read-only and separates findings from unknowns.

    Identify what to reuse, connect, adapt, replace selectively or leave outside the platform.

    Approve one increment

    Review a small adoption proposal with ownership, checks and a reversal plan before building.
